Machines for manufacturing open and half-closed profiles include the range of thickness from 0,3 to 5 mm and the width expansion from 200 to 500mm. Depending on the shape of the ready profile and its complexity, it can be produced as 5, 10, 15, 20 or 35-cellular type.

The system of profile drive, based on electric motors operated by inverters, allows for smooth control of profiling speed , ranging from 0-80 m/ per minute.

The machines are equipped with devices supporting bending processes, such as vertical crates, side crates, straightening single and straightening double ones.

Depending on customers' requirements, we offer such solutions as cutting of a ready profile in a concurrent cutting configuration. These are high and low speed saws for cutting with a mill and also presses for waste and non- waste cutting.
